Josh’s Peanut Butter Delights
Sometimes we get light bulb moments at the oddest times of the day (or night). This recipe is a result of an idea that came to me when I woke up sometime between 3am and 4am in the night. Did I come up with this recipe just out of the blue? No, it was inspired by another dish. If you’re from Brazil or if you’re familiar with Brazilian culture, then you are probably with Brazilian fudge balls, known as “brigadeiro.” This is similar, but instead of using cocoa powder, you use peanut butter powder. This is my own dish, it is not assigned a nationality, although some may call it an Americanized version of brigadeiro or dare I say a complete bastardization of brigadeiro.
If you don’t like peanut butter, you will not like this dish. If you don’t like sweet desserts, you will not like this dish. If you love peanut butter, you will likely love this dish! Enjoy…………
