  • 1 10 1/2 ounce can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked diced ham
  • 1 1/2 cups diced chicken breast, cooked in olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 sliced leeks, roasted in olive oil or avocado oil
  • 3 tomatoes peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup green peas (frozen ok)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, heat up cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper to taste in a sauce pan
  2. Once well combined, add in diced ham, diced chicken, leeks, diced tomatoes, green peas, and chicken broth.
  3. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes
