I love to cook and I love to prepare international dishes. To me there are very few things greater than the satisfaction of seeing people indulge and enjoy food that I created. Most of these people are my own family and friends of ours who come to visit. I don’t own or work in any restaurant, I am not a professional chef, but I have learned a few tricks over the decades and I look forward to teaching you everything I have learned and continue to learn.
I am based near Salt Lake City, Utah in the USA. I have traveled both in the USA and outside of the USA and have tasted many dishes in the countries I have visited. This has inspired me to learn about international dishes and how to best prepare them.
